Symptoms

Payroll Connector Issue - failed during import data from Fusion to EBS. Error noted below.

PER_RI_B_IMPORT_REFERENCE_DATA Process 7050052 failed due to:Exception occurred while creating RIDC Client Caused by :null



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Using "HCM Cloud Integration Administrator" Responsibility
2) Run Import HCM Cloud Data 'Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration'
3) The request is completing with error note above.
