Symptoms

On 12.2.8 version, Rapidclone
Added a new node and received the following error trying to start it:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add shared node Doc ID 1375769.1
2. Start Managed Servers

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start Managed Servers on the newly added node.
