Committed Amount On Offer Page Not Getting Updated When New Funds Are Added

Committed Amount on an Offer is not getting updated when users add new funds through Budget Request process.
Users create an Offer, the initial Committed is $10,000. Now approve the Offer and the status changes to Active. Under the Budgets Tab, an additional amount of $5,000 is added through Budget Requests. So now the total committed amount is $15,000. The Offer Screen still shows as $10,000.
Users expect, the Committed Amount to show as $15,000 on the Offer Page.
