"Request-URI Too Large" Error While Trying To Approve More Than 100 Bills At A Time (Doc ID 2560431.1)

When using a custom screen for OTM bills to approve bills from this screen using standard 'Approve bill' action, when users are trying to select more than 100 bills and perform the action, the following error occurs:

When selecting 100 or less than 100 bills, it works as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access the application
2. Select the Invoices from the custom screen and try to perform the standard 'Approve bill' action.

The above error appears.
