On : 12.1.3 version, Demand Processor Related Issue
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Per customer:
Some partner send receive information in DELFOR message so they would like to use Intransit calculation with RLM. Unfortunately Demand processor does not consider intransit quantity and create new order lines in spite of intransit quantity persists.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected behavior: The Demand Processor should consider intransit order quantity and not create new order lines for those quantities
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release Management responsibility
2. Run the DSP
3. See issue
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the DSP without it creating new order lines for intransit quantities.
