On : 12.2.6 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to add multiple lines of a sales order in a new/existing Fulfillment set,the following error occurs.

Record has been changed by another user. Please requery the record before performing any update.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Add multiple lines of a sales order in a new/existing Fulfillment set

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Users are unable to add the lines to fulfillment set, thereby not able to close the sales order.
