Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Material Move Orders
When user do Back order using transact Move order,
Below error occur.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error: Move Order cannot be back ordered,Rolling back the changes. Active or Loaded tasks exists for the move order.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)INV > Move Orders > Transact Move Orders
2. Tools > Back Order Line
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot back order line.
