Copy Order with 'Reprice as of Date' Copies Included Items as Standard Lines (Doc ID 2561044.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer is using Promotional Goods Modifier to buy standard item and get PTO Model for same Quantity. PTO Model contains included items.
The PTO model line gets added when standard item is entered and during Booking the Model explodes.
Issue happens when the copy order functionality is used with pricing option 'Reprice as of Date', the included items are copied as standard items
and then Model explodes during Booking. Copy order is outbound order. This creates extra order lines of included items.
Also this occurs only when copying from Order Header, if the copy is done from Order line it works fine

The issue does not occur when copying with pricing option 'At original Price'.
It copies Standard Line and Model line without included items but the link between PRG adjustments is lost on copied order which is expected as per Doc ID 1957217.1
This is the reason customer is trying to copy with pricing option "Reprice as of Date',
this resolves the issue of not creating record with list_line_type_code = 'PRG' be missing in table OE_PRICE_ADJUSTMENTS but copies extra order lines of included items.

1. Order management super user
2. Query Order # with PRG modifier applied
3. From Header Action >Copy
