Non-Production Environment Random Blank Login Screen - Requires Application Stack Restart (Doc ID 2561099.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload data in Compensation Workbench, the following Web ADI Fatal error is being encountered.

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException: null Connection


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.

2. Choose the responsibility Compensation Workbench for Administrators.

3. Click the Go To Task for one of the compensation plans.

4. Click on the Download to Spreadsheet link.

5. Choose 'Download Custom Definition'.

6. Choose the option to Open the Excel file.

7. Click the 'Disable Macros' button.

8. Make changes to the Excel file.

9. Upload the file and chose the upload parameters below:
    All Rows
    Validate Before Upload
