ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In form WSHFDPSD, for the same document and user, we have an occurrence of two printers both set to default. Only one should be allowed to be default. What is the fix for this?
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) On 'Choose Document and Label Printers' form create a new record and enter
printer name, level as User and user name. Do not save the record.
2) Create second new record for a different printer but for same user. Do not
save the record.
3) Create third new record for a different printer but for same user. Do not
save the record.
4) Click on default check box on first record. Check box gets checked.
5) Click on default check box on third record. Check box gets checked. first
record check box is unchecked.
6) Now again click on default check box on first record. Check box gets
checked. Third record check box gets unchecked.
7) Now save the record.
8) After save first and third record both have default check box checked
which is wrong.
Issue is reproducible internally as well.
