Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Translation,
GLTTRN: Translation program is running very slow.
Program taking around 20 minutes on normal days and taking
around 45 minutes during month end
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into general ledger
2. Navigate to Currency-Translation
3. Run the translation program
