Symptoms

On 12.2.6 version, 
When attempting to access by SSO user,
the following error occurs:

500 internal server error

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access the SSO URL
2. The log in page is not shown.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access by SSO credentials.
