Edit Requisition In Approval Notification Is Taking Requisition To Wrong Responsibility (Doc ID 2561801.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a requisition and submitting for approval in the XX iProcurement responsibility, the approver will get an email notifications and when clicking the edit requisition link, they are being directed to the XX iProcurement Internal Order responsibility instead.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the approver will be routed to the correct responsibility.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition in XX iProcurement responsibility
2. Submit for approval
3. Approver receives the email notification
4. Approver clicks the edit requisition link from notification
5. They are routed to the XX iProcurement Internal Order responsibility

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, approvers are being routed to the incorrect responsibility (which has different DFF setup) and as a result is forcing them to fill in additional DFF details which are not required for the responsibility the requisition was actually created in.
