Corrections and Unrelease in Batches are Ignoring Profile Setting of 'INV: Transaction Date Validation' When Set to "Do not allow date in past period" (Doc ID 2561815.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

The profile INV: Transaction Date Validation is set to "Do not allow date in past period".

Ingredients have consumption type as Automatic by Step.

When a batch is completed in the previous period and it is required to Unrelease the step or batch, the WIP Return transactions are transacted with a previous period date and not with the current period, failing to respect the value of the profile.

The same problem occurs when using Correct Material Transactions, and when Unreleasing the batch.

This was supposed to have been fixed in <bug 21312775>, at least for Correct Material Transactions (the bug record does not make clear whether Unrelease was fixed also), but it seems that fix no longer works at all.

Expect the WIP Return transactions (and the new WIP Issue that is created if a Correction other than a deletion was done) to have a transaction date in the current period when the profile is set to disallow trans dates in past periods.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transactions are dated into previous periods, which the customer has configured the system to disallow.
