When one queries an asset Number under breadcrumb "Capitol" they can see the tree but column "Attachments" says none. When they go to drop down list for details they can see there is attachments. So the issue is the tree column "Attachments" should say "view" or acknowledge that there is attachments but it says "None"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tree should that attachments exist. Should not have to drill down to details section to see if there are attachments.

NOTE: In the <images or examples> <above or below> and/or the attached document, user details / company name / address / email / telephone number represent a fictitious sample (based upon made up data used in the Oracle Demo Vision instance).  Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User

2. Enter Asset Number XXX and click GO:

3. Next click on GO button.

4. One can see it says None?

5. Navigate down the Tree for Asset Number "XXXXX". Notice it says No for attachments.

6. Then use the dropdown list to select details and GO.

7. Now can see attachments.
