Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, General Issues
When attempting to using test work bench for AME rule testing,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

error:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with AME business analyst responsibility
2. Navigated to Real test work bench and enter the transaction id
4. Clicked 'Go'
3. Getting above mentioned error.
