On : 12.2.4 R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.10 version, Data Removal Tool

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Person Data Removal Tool Performance issue
After applying patches 27761509 (27761509:12.2.0) , patch 28054249:12.2.0 and also patch 28553926:R12.AR.C, the following requests are having performance issues:


  CHK_DRC_MAIN: Check Constraints For Data Removal

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Expect the requests to complete faster. Maybe a few minutes but not hours.

STEPS
----------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the ex-employee in the Data Removal page/function.
2. Initiated the Check Constraints for the given subjects
