Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version,
When attempting to deactivate a failure set, the following error occurs.
Failure set association with asset group/rebuildable exists. &ASSOCIATION (ITEM=XXXXX)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. deactivate failure set
2. observe error
