Symptoms

Cannot Find Item In list of values (LOV) During Change Lifecycle Phase.

ERROR
In PIM, Item not found in LOV when try to change lifecycle phase to Obsolete

STEPS

1. Navigate:Development Manager->Item simple search

2. Click Change Management, select Org

3. Select change request type to "Change lifecycle phase", select *to lifecycle phase to "obsolete"

4. Search item number

5. Item not found in LOV.
