On 12.2.6 version, Weblogic Server
Error exporting the patch analysis results in R12.2.6 after applied PSU April 2019 patch to Ebiz instance and weblogic CVE-2019-2725 patch in oacore access and managed server logs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation in Ebiz application -> System Administrator --> Oracle Applications Manager --> Patching and Utilities ->
2. Go to Patching wizard from here and see the latest patch analysis done under any user for any patch -> Then click on the Details to see the patch results -> Then click the Impact
3. Then click any number for the files under patch and then click on "Export All" button to export the results.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export the patch analysis.
