Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrade of our EBS from 12.1.2 to 12.2.7 , checked OTL Approval styles are not working as expected for re-hired CWK (contingent workers) only.
Currently the approval is going to CWK's immediate Supervisor (HR Supervisor) instead of going through custom workflow / approval process.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ideally the approval style should be picking up the custom workflow even for Re-hired CWK similar to existing CWK.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Re-hired contingent worker has submitted timesheet for approval.
2. Time sheet is going for supervisor approval which is not correct and and picking up the actual approval style (custom worfklow) which has already been setup
as per Preferences.
