On : 12.1.3 version, GST Payables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Apply Button is greyed out in India Tax details form in PO Receipt

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Apply Button should not be greyed out

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO, attach tax without Intended Use or Intended Use determine recoverable tax as non-recoverable.
2. Create receipt, check tax copied from PO.
3. Modify Intended Use to the one which setup in claim terms.
4. Save form and check tax result.
5. Move to tax lines block and check Apply button status.
6. It is greyed dout.
