Symptoms

On : 12.1.3

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Oracle Customers Online search page next 10 link is not working.

Navigation:
Login to application
Click on “Customer Online Superuser” – Responsibility
Enter any existing customer number and Click on search
When clicking Next-10 it is showing JWS form instead of showing next 10 records

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Oracle Customer Search page should offer options for next page navigation



Changes

 Installed JWS and applied patch 23280764 per Using Java Web Start with Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 2188898.1).
