The LOV of Funding Source Name on Form Name : GMSAWEAW', user finds out below conditions populate AR customer to GMSAWEAW LOV.

Condition 1: bill_to_flag = 'Y'
Condition 2: status = 'A'

User would like to remove the LOV from the award management form.
