On : 12.2.5 version, Requisition

3109: Attribute 'ATTR' does not exist for activity '163319' in item 'OKCARTAP/AP-0.33010.33010.3'.

Receiving the following error message when trying to submit a clause for approval:

3109: Attribute 'ATTR' does not exist for activity '163319' in item 'OKCARTAP/AP-0.33010.33010.3'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create clause
2. Populate required info
3. Submit for approval
4. Receive the following error:
     3109: Attribute 'ATTR' does not exist for activity '163319' in item 'OKCARTAP/AP-0.33010.33010.3'.
