Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Agent Console

Getting the following error when trying to access email center via the Supervisor and Email Center Agent Console responsibility

The error occurs on the Customer Tab.

java.lang.NullPointerException




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Email Center Supervisor responsibility
3. Navigate to Email Center Supervisor console>Customer

or
R)Email Center Agent Console
(N)Navigate to Customer Tab
