Problem With LOV In Administrator Workbench In Service Contracts (Doc ID 2565436.1)

Goal

In Administrator Workbench screen, in the My In Process Contract Content section, choose renewals and go, the pull down menu next to Select Contracts is not displaying all the options.

In the OKS_WB_TAB_ACTIONS lookup there are the following values below why can't we see them in the pull down menu?
