PAXPREPR: Error While Adding Project Manager (Doc ID 2565516.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Projects, when adding a certain employee to any project, the following error is displayed:

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Projects responsibility

2. Navigate to Projects/Key Member

3. End date the previous Project Manager.

4. Add new Project Manager with start date one day after the previous Project Manager

5. Save the record and then see the error.
