Adding File To Claim Attachment Results In Random Data In Text Attachment Field (Doc ID 2566176.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, CLAIMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When a file attached to a claim by clicking attachment, random data is showing up as a claim attachment text.

When you bring back up the attachment, the file is there, but there is also data in the Text field that was not entered and has nothing to do with the claim.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Adding attachment to claim should not give additional text

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to claim in Trade Management
2) Click on Attachments
3) Click on Create
4) With File radio button selected, choose a file from the PC
5) Populate description in description field
6) Click on Create
