Notification Template removed & cant add back to Auto Processing rule after Patching
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the notification rule is not removed and need the ability to add it back after Patching
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Email Center Administrator responsibility
3. Navigate to Email Center Administration>Administration >Rules Library
4.Click on an existing Auto Processing rule
See that the Notification template was removed and also when trying to add and update it does not get saved.
