Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Checkout and Order Placement
The following error is returned when trying to punchout to iStore after applying the Jan CPU 2019 patches -

12.2 ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.2 CPU PATCH FOR JAN 2019: 28840562:12.2.0
