Symptoms

On : 12.2.8

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the Mobile Field Service (MFS)  MultiPlatform (MP) application the counter history and readings are not displayed for items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the counter readings and history will be available on the Service request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFS.
2. Select a Service request that was created for an item with a counter.
3. The counter readings and history are blank.
