On :  12.2.7 version, Home page Issues

When in iSupplier Portal Banking Details and attempting to
create a  bank account the error occurs

ERROR

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iSupplier Portal Full Access > Click on Home Page >  Administration > Banking Details
2. Click on Create button
3. Error occurs
