Sales Order Lines With Entered Status, If FOB Changed Second Time At Header, Not Defaulting To Lines (Doc ID 2567417.1)

During sales order entry for the first Freight on Board (FOB) = A is passed to Header, and while creating lines it is defaulting (cascading) correctly to all of the lines with value A.
When all of the lines are entered, and all of sudden the Customer Representative wants to change the FOB from value A to B, it's not cascading from the Header to the Lines which are already entered.

Is this the standard functionality of the application; that it will not cascade the FOB changes made the second time from the Header to the Lines on the Sales Order?
