ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Additional Entry generated at RTV Event even though Invoice and Debit memo are involved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not generated entry at RTV event when Invoice and Debit memo are involved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO Receipt and generate AP invoice against the same.
2. Create a RTV event against the same Receipt and generate Debit Memo.
3. Notice that additional entry is getting generated at RTV Event also resulting into 'Accrual' amount balance accumulation.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile the accounting balances.
