Error While Invoking BOM Web-service Using ISG (Doc ID 2567721.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to invoking the BOM web-service deployed using Integrated SOA Gateway(ISG),
the following error occurs.

Error
 "Error Message: Error Occurred while executing the web service request".
 "Error Code : ISG_SERVICE_EXECUTION_ERROR"


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke the BOM web-service using Integrated SOA Gateway(ISG)
