Problem Statement:

When attempting to open the Life Event Reasons form,　the following error occurs.

FRM-41014: Cannot set attribute of null canvas item CTL_GLOBALS.USERAREA

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Login using "Global HRMS Manager" Responsibility.
Navigate to Total Compensation --> General Definitions --> Additional Setup --> Life Event Reasons.
When the form is about to open, above error is thrown.This issue also happens on People form
