Symptoms

When the customer has an order (#4135660) that exceeds their limit, the following error occurs.
The customer has exceeded their limit, however, the message is misleading because it says the limit has been exceeded by 'the amount of 0 units'.
When reviewing the Promotion Limit activity, the customer exceeded their limit by 7.5 units.

Why wouldn't the message say 7.5 units ?
