Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Subledger Accounting

Create accounting ends with an error when "Include users transaction identifiers" is set to yes.
When the parameter is set to "No" it runs properly and completes.

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Submit Create Accounting request with "Include users transaction identifiers" is set to yes.
