Symptoms
When Completing the initial setup to integrate Oracle E-Business Suite(EBS) with Oracle Global Trade Management(GTM) using International Trade Management(IITM) Adapter
and running the Item Synchronization concurrent program from EBS , The ITM Adapter errors with the following:
