Connecting To Oracle EBS With GTM Cloud Using ITM - Results In Handshake Error

When Completing the initial setup to integrate Oracle EBS with Oracle GTM using ITM Adapter and
Running the the Item Synchronization from EBS , The Item Adapter results with a handshake error.
Issue is very similar to Bug 29006091
Suggested the following to the customer but still issue exist
The reason for the handshake error is due to a certificate issue .
The certificate is not trusted from ebs to otm and thus failing with the handshake
So please see the following note on

then go to section 5 and select the note How to Retrieve Security Certificates for Inbound Integration using Firefox (Doc ID 2105818.1)
Please download the latest certificate from "https://otmgtm-test-a557119.otm.us2.oraclecloud.com" and follow the below note to move it to the correct place.
Questions regarding Certificates and HTTP so that ITM(EBS) interfaces with GTM (Doc ID 2267856.1)
Once, the certificate is copied to the correct path, restart the adaptor and verify the results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt ITM functionality
2. See in the Adapter Startup the mentioned error
The issue has the following impact - Cannot integrate EBS /OTM
