Symptoms

After applying <Patch 29556231>, dependent's birth year is wrong Japanese year output on JP Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner PDF page.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  There are Contact record whose birth day is later than 2019-05-01.
      e.g.)Birth day:2019-05-10

  2. Run concurrent 'Japan, Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Archive'.
     
  3. Change status of JP Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner to 'Open'
    (N)JP Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Pay Processes
  4. Add Dependents for "Dependents subject to Exemption for Local Tax"
    (N)JP Dependent Exemption Form for Salary Earner - Self Service
  5. Click (B) Printable Page

  6. Check "Dependents subject to Exemption for Local Tax" section.
     Output value is hei(Kanji)1.5.10
