When attempting to refresh a model to reflect PIM attribute changes in Oracle Configurator Developer properties, the following error occurs in the refresh log file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Developer responsibility
2. Navigate to concurrent programs
3. Submit Refresh a Single Configuration for this model
4. Observe error in log file
5. Property data does not update to reflect values in PIM user defined attributes
