"Loading Configurator" Message Should Display Longer While Invoking Configurator in iStore (Doc ID 2569141.1)

Goal

Qn1:Want to change message for "Loading Configurator" to "Loading Configurator please wait" when launching Configurator from iStore
 
Qn2:  Is there a way to have the "Loading configurator..." keep displaying instead of the blank page when Configurator (CZ) gets invoked from iStore?
          Currently iStore flashes this message very briefly, then page goes blank and finally Configurator (CZ) UI loads.   Requirement is to keep the message throughout the entire duration until the CZ UI is displayed.
