Missing Member On Collaboration Team When Create A New RFQ Round (Doc ID 2569166.1)

On Sourcing 12.2.7 new RFQ rounds created by another collaboration team member don't include that team member.

When the team member creates a new round on the RFQ they should be on the collaboration team.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an RFQ and add an additional collaboration Team member with full access
2. Log in with the other user with full access and create a new round
3. After new round is created the original team member is no longer on the collaboration team.

Due to this issue, the original collaboration team member is missing on the RFQ
