SERVICE ACTIVITY CODES MISSING FROM LOV ON CHARGES FORM
If you try to submit charges manually, for a particular business process, all
the service activity codes that have been defined in the set ups are not appearing on the LOV.
This prevents you from submitting the charges manually for this business process.
If you use Debrief to submit these service activity codes transactions everything is fine.
The problem comes only when you try to submit charges manually.
Customer Support > Service Requests > Create or View Service Request >
Enter / select the desired Operating Unit.
Enter / select the desired Business Process.
Enter / select the desired Service Activity Code.
** The expected Service Activity Code(s) is not in the List of Values **
