Goal

Is There any Fix for APP-PA-19444. The Adjustment Action Is Not Allowed On Fully Reversed Items, Error?

Can we run the delete timecard script on it? If it works, what will happen to the entries that have transferred over to PA, but the amounts do not match in OTL any more?

Example Scenario:
An Item item was manually adjusted on the Projects side to 1.5 hrs.
There is a mismatch between OTL and Projects due to manual adjustments done by a User on Projects side
