WIP Move Transaction Stuck In Error In The Interface.

Symptoms
When attempting to perform a move transaction for an OSP job, the following error occurs.
ERROR
There is a mismatch between the serial information and the transaction quantity specified on
the move record.
Cause: Serial found in WIP_SERIAL_MOVE_INTERFACE not equal to transaction quantity.
Action: Delete or insert serial information.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Outside Processing resource set to PO Move.
2. Performs ShopFloor Receipt.
3. Wait for the MOVE transaction processor to run.
4. After the Move transaction processor runs, the aforementioned error appears.
