On : 12.1.3 version, GST
When attempting to end date Third party null site reporting code associations, the following error occurs.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Oracle Financials for India >> Party Registrations >> Define Third Party Registrations
2. Query for the respective supplier/customer.
3. Try to enter End Date in the Reporting Codes tab.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot end date the null Third party site reporting code associations.
