Unable To Update Transaction Details For Error In Transaction Interface (Doc ID 2571382.1)

Order lines are stuck in the Transaction Interface with the following error:
Unable to update transaction details for error in Transaction Interface.

Cannot process this transaction, the OWNER party in Transaction details and Sales Order are different and there are additional contact(s) or account(s) defined in Transaction details for the OWNER. Please correct them and submit for reprocessing.

NOTE: The sales order shows that the user had put in a ship-to contract which belongs to another account, which is causing the Owner party to be someone other than the owner on the sales order. Unable to update the Owner field in transaction interface, nor the contact to reflect the correct contact.
