Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Java APIs: Core Processing

When attempting to run BIP report,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error:
The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.

Error Detail
oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo11g.xpath.XPathException: Extension function error: Error invoking 'chart_svg':'java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class sun.awt.X11GraphicsEnvironment'



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In BIP
2. Select report
3. Run report.

Due to this issue, users cannot run BIP report successfully.
